The historical neighborhood Santa Teresa is one of the most charming places in Rio de Janeiro. It is located on top of the Santa Teresa hill, by the centre of Rio, and is famous for its winding, narrow streets which are a favourite spot for artists and tourists. We recomend you visit Restaurant Aprazível for a meal and Armazém São Thiago for a drink while you are there.

Belgian mirrors shine in Confeitaria Colombo`s great halls. There are over one hundred years of history. Since 1893  the major “belle époque” symbol of the city is part of the Historical and Artistic Heritage of Rio de Janeiro. The great halls were the stage of receptions to distinguished visitors such as the King Albert of Belgium, in 1920, Queen Elizabeth of England, in 1968, and over the years to writers and artists.
